The 4 growth questions

I have four questions that I ask whenever I look at utilizing a new marketing tactic with a new startup:

  1. How will this impact their OSER (organic search engine ranking)?
  2. How will this impact their OSMR (organic social media reach)?
  3. How will this impact their WFCR (whole funnel conversion & retention)?
  4. How will this impact their ICOP (internal company operations & procedures) ?

The answer to these four questions are so key to the startups success with a growth tactic that I built a framework around this and uploaded it to excel.
